Jardim Botânico e Parque Lage
Um dos mais diversos e bonitos jardins do país, fundado em 1808 e cheio de plantas lindíssimas. Lindo para um dia de sol. Combine com o Parque Lage, uma construção histórica onde tem um café bem gostoso com vista pro Cristo.

Pão de Açúcar
O famoso bondinho dá um passeio divertido, com vistas maravilhosas da cidade. E, além disso, ainda rola conhecer o bairro da Urca, que é um charme.

Corcovado
O trem que leva ao Cristo Redentor sobe os 709 metros do morro do Corcovado até chegar aos pés da estátua, de onde se vê a cidade toda.

Praias
As famosas praias do Rio não precisam de apresentação, né? Para quem quiser saber, nossa favorita é a do Leme, do ladinho de Copa. Mas dá para explorar a orla toda!
Forte de Copacabana
No fim de Copa, pertinho do Arpoador, é uma fortaleza histórica construída no início do século XX para proteger a baía de Guanabara. Tem um pequeno museu histórico, mas o gostoso mesmo é caminhar por ali e tomar um café.

Museu do Amanhã
O museu dedicado a tecnologia e ciências tem exposições interativas, tanto fixas quanto temporárias. Mas, para nós, a melhor parte é o prédio, projetado pelo Santiago Calatrava e com vista para a baía.

Real Gabinete Português de Leitura
When you visit downtown Rio, be sure to get into this jewel for those who love books. It’s the largest collection of Portuguese authors outside of Portugal, with 350,000 volumes, built between 1880 and 1890. Go ahead and Google it just to see how pretty it is!

One of the country’s most beautiful and diverse garden, founded in 1808 and full of gorgeous plants, it’s a beautiful trip for a sunny day. Combine it with Parque Lage, a historical house where there’s a nice café with a view of the Christ.

Pão de Açúcar
The famous cable car is a fun ride, and the views of the city are amazing. You can also enjoy the charming Urca neighborhood.

Corcovado
The train that gets you to Christ the Redeemer goes up 2,300 feet to get to the statue’s feet, from where you can see the whole city.

Beaches
This needs no introduction: Rio is famous for its lively beaches. If you want to know our favorite, it’s Leme, just a stone’s throw from Copacabana. But you can explore the whole shore!
Forte de Copacabana
At the end of Copacabana, close to Arpoador, this is a historical fortress built in the early 20th century to protect Guanabara Bay. There’s a small historical museum, but what’s nice is to just walk around and grab some coffee.

Museu do Amanhã
This museum dedicated to science and technology features interactive exhibits both fixed and temporary. But, for us, the best part is the building, designed by Santiago Calatrava and overlooking the bay.
